What a Realistic Transit Time From Naples Looks Like

Two numbers, always. The pickup window, and then the days on the road.

The pickup window

Standard ASAP booking uses a minimum four-day window. Rush Dispatch targets pickup within 48 hours of booking for $500 where capacity exists. Neither is an appointment.

Then the driving days

Loaded car carriers average 400–500 miles a day under federal hours-of-service rules. Naples to Atlanta is typically 1–2 days; the Midwest 3–5; the Northeast 2–4; Texas 3–4; the West Coast 7–10.

Hawaii and Alaska

Add an ocean leg. Naples to Honolulu is usually 14–21 days door to door depending on the sailing schedule, and the port rules are stricter than the road rules.

Why nobody guarantees a date

Weather, scale houses, mechanical failures and the other nine cars on the trailer. Anyone promising an exact delivery hour three weeks out is selling comfort, not logistics.

We arrange transport with licensed carriers on a seasonal spot market. We do not publish route prices, guarantee exact pickup or delivery dates, or claim offices in cities where we have none. Availability and pricing change with direction, season and equipment.
