A four-day pickup window plus 400–500 miles a day of transit does not resolve to an hour. Aim the delivery window to open the day after your flight and you will never be the person standing at a gate with luggage while a driver calls.
The RSW terminal option
In Southwest Florida we offer one terminal: RSW ONLY, no other terminals. It suits travelers with no local key holder, but door-to-door with a nearby staging point is simpler for most Naples addresses.
Nominate a key holder
A neighbor, property manager or concierge who can receive the vehicle and sign the Bill of Lading is worth more than any tracking feature. Give the driver their number at dispatch.
Book the car before the flight when you can
Flights re-book easily in October. Trucks out of a Naples gated community in April do not.
