How the broker model really works
Your upfront deposit covers the broker fee only. We negotiate the best carrier rate on your behalf and present the best offer received — the balance is paid to the carrier at delivery. How auto transport should be.
Insurance and claims, stated plainly
Carriers we dispatch carry $250,000 open / $1,000,000 enclosed carrier liability, with soft-tie systems on enclosed equipment. All claims are filed with the carrier, not the broker — we help you document and push them, but the carrier's policy is the policy that pays.

What we tell every client, whether they ask or not
We are a broker, not a carrier. Your deposit is our broker fee and the balance goes to the driver at delivery. Claims are filed against the carrier's cargo policy, not against us — though we help you document and push them. Standard bookings use a minimum 4-day pickup window; Rush Dispatch targets pickup within 48 hours of booking for $500. Terminal-to-terminal is RSW ONLY — no other terminals.
Red flags worth walking away from

- A large deposit or full payment demanded upfront by Zelle, Venmo, Cash App or wire.
- No DOT or MC number anywhere on the website.
- Pressure to book today, or a price that expires in an hour.
