Naples Car Shipping is a federally licensed and bonded property broker of motor carrier services — USDOT #2273104, MC #774106 — carrying a $75,000 surety bond and registered with SUNBIZ. We arrange vehicle transport with licensed, insured motor carriers. We do not own or operate trucks and we do not employ drivers.
What that means for your money
The amount collected at booking is our broker fee. It compensates us for sourcing, vetting and negotiating with carriers and for managing your shipment. The remaining balance is the carrier's pay and is due to the driver at delivery in the method stated on your dispatch paperwork.
What that means for insurance
The assigned motor carrier's cargo liability policy covers the vehicle in transit. Our surety bond is a broker performance bond and is not vehicle damage coverage. All damage claims are filed with the carrier.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee exact pickup or delivery dates. Standard bookings use an ASAP window with a minimum 4-day pickup range; Rush Dispatch targets pickup within 48 hours for a $500 fee where available. Terminal-to-terminal in Southwest Florida is RSW ONLY. Pricing is a live carrier market and quotes are estimates until a carrier is dispatched.
