Buying or Selling a Car Remotely From Naples
Remote purchases fail at the handover, not at the price. Almost all of it is solved by deciding in advance who signs what.

Someone must physically release and receive the vehicle and sign the Bill of Lading. A dealer's service manager, a seller's neighbor, a property manager — name them at dispatch with a phone number.
Get the pre-shipment photos yourself
Ask the seller for daylight photos of all four sides and the roof on the day of pickup, in addition to the driver's inspection. It is the only way to argue about a mark that appeared in transit.
Payment timing
The carrier's balance is due at delivery. Decide before booking whether the buyer or seller pays it and put it in writing; a driver standing in a driveway is not the moment to negotiate.
Non-runners after a purchase
If the car has been sitting, say so. Whether it rolls, brakes and steers determines the equipment and the price, and a surprise non-runner is the most common cause of a refused load.
