Military & PCS Vehicle Transport
PCS orders do not negotiate with carrier schedules. We build military moves around the report date rather than the pickup date, and we plan for the two things that break these moves: gate access and a service member who is already somewhere else when the truck arrives.
Call 239-273-4649Base access is not door-to-door
Most installations will not admit a commercial car carrier without prior clearance, and many will not admit one at all. Standard practice is delivery to a commercial lot immediately off-post, with the service member or a designated POA holder meeting the driver there.
Power of attorney and release
If you will be in transit or deployed, name a POA holder or a trusted release agent on the order up front. A driver cannot legally hand a vehicle to someone who is not on the Bill of Lading, and sorting that out at the curb costs a redelivery fee.
Timing around orders
Give us the report date and the earliest date the vehicle is free. Those two dates define the whole dispatch window, and a wide one is worth real money on a military lane.
What this service includes
- Dispatch built around report dates, not calendar convenience
- Off-post staging arranged where the installation refuses carriers
- POA / release agent recorded on the order in advance
- Deployment storage-to-transport coordination
