A driver who arrives without either will wait at the gate and, if it takes long enough, will unload at the nearest legal staging point instead.
Older Naples neighborhoods — Port Royal, Old Naples, Aqualane Shores, Coquina Sands — have narrow paver streets under heavy banyan and oak canopy. A nine-car carrier will not enter them. Delivery is staged nearby and the car is driven the last half mile.
